Lovely Poppies…
Lovely poppies are the pride of the fields,
They survived the harshness of the seasons…
The strong winds blew their seeds,
It is nature’s harsh step indeed…
But no regrets …
Nothing can stop them from blushing…
They made their bed from scattered seeds,
To sleep gathering the glory in what they believed…
With thin stems they survived the heavy storms,
Holding to their roots when the weather alarmed…
Building their courage holding to the seeds,
They stood blushing as they again got freed…
Building their legacy when thousands got buried,
With the heart full of love Pride was all that they carried..
